Returns & Refunds
We provide a 30-day return period, which means you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return.
To initiate a return, please get in touch with us at support@vendro.co.uk. If your return request is approved, you will need to arrange a courier service with a tracked shipping label to send the item(s) back to us. Note that customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues: Please check your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if there’s any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item. We will address the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: The quickest way to ensure you get the product you desire is to return the one you have, and once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds: Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
